Your plan—Explore tip sheets, prior authorization guidelines, information on referrals, and more.

Your medical services—Review the status of claims and see details of prior authorizations on file with us.

Your drug coverage—Members with coverage through Caremark can order prescriptions online, download pharmacy forms, get medication info, and more.

Your self-care—Research a diagnosis, discover health alternatives, and sign up for free wellness classes. The Health Dialog area, which is available to most groups, enables you to take a personal health assessment (PHA) to pinpoint lifestyle changes you might want to make.

While visiting our site, be sure to check out the “Find and Compare” feature. It enables you to compare hospital costs and quality, access information about our quality management program, ratings, and more. Under Wellness Education, the “Tips and Tools” section includes a link to the plan’s preventive health guidelines. These guidelines help you track important health services needed to keep you and your family healthy.
